Refund & Cancellation Policy — Valuebits.store

At Valuebits.store (“we,” “us,” “our”), most of our products are instant digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, our policy focuses on quick resolution, file access support, and fair exception handling.


1) What qualifies for a refund?

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

1. Duplicate / Accidental Multiple Charge
You were charged more than once for the same order.

2. Technical Delivery Failure
You did not receive download access within a reasonable time (after checking Spam/Promotions folder) and our team is unable to deliver the files within 72 hours of your written request.

3. Corrupt or Incomplete Files
The delivered files are corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 72 hours.

4. Listing or Pricing Error
There is a major and verifiable mismatch between the product description and the delivered files.

For approved cases, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Banks or payment gateways may take 3–7 business days to reflect the credit.


2) Non-refundable items (Digital Content)

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Successfully delivered or downloaded digital files

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Inability to use files due to software/hardware limitations already mentioned on the product page

  • Discounted, promotional, or bonus bundles where access has been delivered

  • Orders older than 7 days from purchase date (unless required by law)

EU/UK Note: The statutory cooling-off period generally does not apply once you consent to immediate access/download of digital content.


3) Exchanges / Re-delivery

If you face file issues (broken link, corrupted archive, missing file), we will:

  • Re-activate your download link, or

  • Re-deliver corrected files

at no extra cost. Most file issues are resolved within 24–48 business hours.


4) Order Cancellation

  • Before download/access: Cancellation is possible if the order has not been fulfilled

  • After download/access: Cancellation is not possible

  • Pre-orders: Can be cancelled anytime before file release/delivery

To request cancellation, email support with your Order ID and reason.


5) How to Request a Refund

Please email our support team with:

  • Subject: Refund Request – [Order ID]

  • Full name

  • Email used at checkout

  • Purchase date

  • Payment screenshot (if available)

  • Clear reason for refund

  • Error screenshots/logs (optional but helpful)

We respond within 24–48 business hours.


6) Download Access & Link Expiry

  • Download links are usually delivered instantly via email or shown on the order confirmation page

  • Links may have time or attempt limits for security reasons

  • If your link expires, contact support — we will refresh access after order verification


7) Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Order record submission to the payment provider for dispute resolution


8) Taxes & Invoices

If you require a tax/GST invoice or billing detail correction, contact support with your Order ID and updated billing information. We will re-issue where possible.

Send a screenshot of the error — we will provide a corrected file or alternate link.

Q. I purchased by mistake. Can I get a refund?
If access was not delivered yet, cancellation is possible. After delivery/download, refunds are not available except in approved cases above.
